From my many experiences with technical support, ATT UVerse is most definitely the very worst. It might not get any poorer unless apes worked the telephones. I searched and found a load of enticing U-verse reviews , I ordered television and internet service. They penciled me for our install 10 days after at midday.

So I took time off to be at my house ( an adult over 18 has to be home ). At 1 I called to find out the 411 of the installer. They repeatedly transferred me to more customer suuport and after 25 minutes, a customer support person told me they didn’t have my correct street number so they needed to reschedule me. I said, “You couldn’t just call ?” The only thing she said missing any emotion behind it was, “Sorry. We can pencil you in for a few weeks from now.” Say What ? Somehow 7 days without tv and internet turned into over a month

No sir. So I was on their butts every single day

After 13 phone calls, part of my life listening to 80s music, a million transfers to different depts who kept shipping me back to the dept that transferred me in the first place, a slew of dialtones whenever I asked for a manager, I finally got the date changed to a few days later.

Guess what? Same story as before.

I quit.

FFS reject Uverse with everyone else.
